In this live session, I’m introducing the new AI Agents Debugger, a purpose-built debugging experience designed specifically for ReACT agents in Drupal AI.
The existing AI Agents Explorer was originally built for older, workflow-based coded agents. When ReACT agents were introduced in AI Agents 1.1, debugging support was added — but it was always a workaround. This new debugger is a clean break from that approach and is built from the ground up for how ReACT agents actually work.
In this video, you’ll see:
Full visibility into agent inputs and outputs
How to view conversations between agents and subagents
How to export and import agent runs for debugging across environments
How you can discuss a run with an agent itself
How to start debugging by selecting an agent and clicking Debug
The module is currently available in beta, with a production-ready release coming soon. It’s also designed to carry forward into AI 2.0.
If you’re building or debugging AI agents in Drupal, this tool is meant to make that process clearer, faster, and far more transparent.
